Personal Information Protection Policy
T2 System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates under the management philosophy of "Contributing to society through information services and realizing the dreams of customers and employees." We consider "Customer Trust" and "Customer Satisfaction" as the starting points of our corporate activities. We believe it is our social responsibility to safely and properly protect personal information entrusted to us by customers, as well as personal information of our employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Information"). In view of the importance of personal information, we have established this Personal Information Protection Policy, made it known to customers, officers, and employees, and will strive to handle personal information appropriately in accordance with this policy.
1. Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
The Company is headquartered in Suita City, Osaka, and is engaged in the development and maintenance of information systems in Japan and overseas. When acquiring, using, and providing personal information, we will clarify the purpose of acquisition to the person who is the owner of the personal information, and acquire and use it only within the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use with the person's consent. 4. Response to Complaints and Consultations
If there is a request for complaints, consultations, disclosure, correction, or deletion regarding personal information from the person or their agent, or if there is a request for suspension of use or provision, the Company will respect the person's rights regarding personal information and respond appropriately in light of social conventions and practices, provided that the identity of the person can be confirmed by the Company.
5. Continuous Improvement of Personal Information Protection Management System
The Company will formulate a Personal Information Protection Management System, continuously review it so that personal information protection is implemented appropriately, and make corrections or improvements to maintain the level required by society.
